The May 20 program will focus on the theme of managing change and transition, your own and/or your clients. One of the benefits of this exploration is the freeing up new possibilities for professional and organizational success. Often, we first have to acknowledge  "what is" before we are ready to see the opportunities hidden within the change process. 

I noticed in the last couple of OC workshops the theme of "how do I..." showing up a lot. How do I move forward in my work or a specific project or even defining my work seems to be a reoccuring question. During those workshops it has been inspiring to see insights emerge during the constellation process that are the necessary underpinning of any "how to."  In brief, there's a deeper movement that takes place within that enables and supports the outward movements of our lives. I am sure at the May meeting we will continue this line inquiry and reconnection.   

Bring your workplace challenges and your dreams and goals for yourself and/or your organization to the workshop. 
This May meeting offers another opportunity to more boldly support our clients and ourselves in the process of change and renewal. The program will start at 10:00 AM and end by 12:30 PM.
